The project consists of rectangular-shaped 2-story buildings A and B, each occupying an area of approximately 33,000 square feet. In addition, a detention pond is also proposed towards the eastern edge of the property. ATL performed standard quality assurance tests on structural steel, concrete, and soil materials to determine compliance with client requirements.
