The Katy Boardwalk Lofts project is a new apartment development consisting of 319 units. The unit sizes range from 480 to 2087 square feet. The lofts include two resort-style pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge, business center, outdoor cabanas, and grilling areas. ATL provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services.
