The Pradera Oaks project is the development phase of a new subdivision that will include 200+ homes on approximately 40 acres and is split into 6 sections.

Associated Testing Laboratories (ATL) provided CMT Testing and Inspections of soils, asphalt, and concrete for the following items – detention ponds, wastewater treatment plant, water treatment plant, and roadway construction along with the preparation of undeveloped land for future use. ATL also provided coring for new paving at the owner’s request, above and beyond the original scope of work, to ensure the contractor’s work met county specifications.
