Associated Testing Laboratories, Inc. (ATL) is a Houston, Texas-based and accredited geotechnical, environmental, and construction engineering and testing firm established in 1959. As one of the first testing labs in Houston, ATL has continuously paired expertise with modern technology to provide superior reporting, high-performance, and responsive customer service.

Priti Singh
CEO
As the Chief Executive Officer, Priti is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. She works with ATL’s senior leadership to develop company-wide goals and objectives. She oversees the firm’s financial, accounting, and employee services team of engineers, scientists, technical staff, and administrative support. Priti has a strong track record of improving efficiency while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality.
Jasbir Singh, PE
Project Principal
Jasbir has over 40 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental, and materials testing, engineering, and inspection for various types of projects including city infrastructure projects involving street, drainage, water/waterlines, and treatment facilities. He is focused on directing geotechnical projects and program management to ensure high quality, timely project development and delivery. Jasbir’s expertise includes foundation design, soil strength analysis, as well as concrete pavement design for roadways and bridges. His unique background in geology, rock mechanics, and civil engineering contributes to his ability to problem solve and create workable solutions to engineering problems and design.
Anita Singh, PE
Project Manager / Environmental Engineer
Anita is a licensed professional engineer with over 14 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and construction materials testing. She has managed projects across Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria, Montgomery, and Waller counties, providing data, design parameters, and recommendations for roadways, bridges, detention basins, and underground utilities.
As a Project Manager, Anita oversees site investigations, laboratory testing programs, and engineering analyses, ensuring every project is designed and executed to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Her expertise spans foundation design, pavement analysis, slope stability, and environmental assessments, enabling her to deliver practical, solutions-focused guidance for both construction and design teams.
